Full Stack Developer, PHP / Laravel

Build and maintain the platforms our clients run their business on.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong PHP and Laravel experience to join our team in Tirana. You will own features end to end, from the database schema through the API to the interface people actually click. Most of our work is admin panels, booking systems, online stores and internal tools that replace spreadsheets and manual processes, so the software you write gets used every day rather than demoed once.

What you’ll work on

  • Design and build Laravel applications end to end: routing, controllers, middleware, validation, Form Requests and service classes
  • Model data with Eloquent, including relationships, migrations, seeders and indexes that hold up as the data grows
  • Build and document REST APIs, with authentication and authorisation via Sanctum or similar
  • Use queues, jobs, events, notifications and scheduled tasks for work that should not block a request
  • Integrate third-party services such as payment providers, email and external APIs, including webhooks
  • Write and maintain a frontend layer in JavaScript, most often React
  • Diagnose slow queries and performance problems once a project is live
  • Review teammates code and take part in architecture decisions

What we’re looking for

  • Around 3 years of professional PHP experience, with Laravel on projects that actually shipped
  • Solid grasp of OOP and MVC, and of when to move logic out of a controller
  • MySQL or PostgreSQL, relational design, and queries that hold up under real data
  • REST API design and consumption
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and at least one modern frontend framework
  • Composer, Git, branches and pull request reviews as part of your normal workflow
  • Enough English to read documentation and write a clear technical message

You will work directly with the people doing product, design and QA, without layers of management in between. We plan in short cycles, release often and keep scope written down before work starts, so you are not rebuilding the same feature three times. If you want your code in production within weeks instead of quarters, this will suit you.
