- A domain name when you ask us to check availability
- Minimum technical security data needed to prevent abuse

Why we use it
- To answer an enquiry and prepare an indicative estimate
- To take steps requested before entering a contract
- To protect forms and services from abuse
- To understand website usage where analytics consent has been given
Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymised. When a project begins, required records are retained for the contractual relationship and any applicable financial or tax periods. Security logs are kept only as long as needed to investigate abuse
Processors and transfers
Hosting, email, analytics and domain-check providers receive only the information needed for their service. Some providers may process data outside Albania. Where this occurs, we use providers and contractual mechanisms intended to maintain an appropriate level of protection

Security
We use data minimisation, request validation, abuse controls and encrypted server-side storage for retained lead records. No system is risk-free, so access and retention controls are reviewed periodically
