Manual Tester, QA
Find the problems before the client does.
We are looking for a Manual Tester to own quality across the websites and web systems we deliver. You will test functionality, responsive behaviour and the flows that matter most, such as checkout, booking and forms, before anything reaches a client. This is a good fit if you are precise, curious and genuinely bothered when something behaves inconsistently.
What you’ll work on
- Write test cases and checklists from the project specification
- Run functional, responsive, cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Report bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected and actual behaviour, plus screenshots or recordings
- Run regression checks before every release and verify fixes afterwards
- Test API responses with Postman: collections, environments and simple assertions
- Check data behind the interface with basic SQL queries
- Maintain test documentation so the next person can pick it up
- Flag confusing interface behaviour, not only outright bugs
What we’re looking for
- Around 1 to 2 years of manual QA on web applications, or a portfolio of testing work you can walk us through
- Understanding of the software testing life cycle and common test design techniques
- Basic understanding of how the web works: HTTP, status codes, browser dev tools, the console
- Comfortable working in an agile setup, Scrum or Kanban
- Clear written communication in Albanian and English
- Attention to detail and the patience to reproduce an issue reliably
QA here is not the step that gets squeezed when a deadline moves. You are involved from the specification onward and you have a say in whether something ships. If you want to grow towards automation, we will give you time and the projects to practise on.
